Children under 8 years of age are not allowed to visit and are not recommended between 8 and 12 years of age.
We recommend that pregnant women, people with fragile health (epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure) and those prone to migraines to consult a doctor before using a virtual reality headset.
On the day of the visit, you should bring your glasses if you usually wear them.
The visit takes place exclusively outdoors: please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather. Weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation or refund.
For your safety, the headsets are disinfected between each use.
Changes and cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the appointment time. After this time, no changes or refunds can be made.
No sales will be possible on the day of the visit (online sales only).
If you are late, the guide will not be able to wait for you. We will not be able to guarantee you access to the tour.
The purchase of a ticket to the Eiffel Tower is NOT necessary to follow this tour.
