The tour is cancelled if there are fewer than 2 participants per group.
We recommend that pregnant women, people in poor health (epileptics, heart patients, hypertension) and migraine sufferers to consult a doctor before using a virtual reality headset..
On the day of the visit, please bring your glasses if you usually wear them.
The visit takes place exclusively outdoors: please wear appropriate clothing depending on the weather. Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
For your safety, helmets are disinfected between uses.
Changes and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment time. After this time, no changes or refunds can be made.
No sales will be made on site on the day of the visit (online sales only).
If you are late, the guide will not be able to wait for you. We cannot guarantee you access to the tour.
