The experience lasts 1h15 in total, including an hour of immersion with our guided VR tour. We allow 15 minutes prior to the tour for visitors to be equipped.
- This experience is not recommended for children aged 8 to 12. The helmet may not be adapted to their morphology and may cause vision and balance problems for some.
- Visits can cause epileptic seizures in people with a predisposition to them. We strongly advise against such visits.
- It is also not recommended for migraine sufferers, people with balance problems, pregnant women or those with fragile health (heart, hypertension, psychiatric disorders).
Less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you can no longer cancel or change your reservation.
Yes, the tour takes place on a flat surface, so wheelchair users are welcome to join in. Please note, however, that the tour is not recommended for people requiring crutches. The use of headphones may affect the user's balance. Please note that it will not be possible to sit down for the duration of the tour.
- Yes, that’s possible. However, you’ll need to contact the Viality Tour team (contact@vialitytour.com) before the tour begins to let them know about the change in the participant’s name. Your friend will need to present the voucher that you received via email.
If you have lost your voucher and/or no longer have access to your confirmation e-mail, please contact the Viality Tour team: contact@vialitytour.com. Specify your Name, date of visit and e-mail address used when booking. A new voucher will be sent to you.
Out of respect for other visitors in the group, pets will be tolerated only if they are carried in a closed carrier bag. Dogs on a leash will not be accepted.
No, the tours take place at the base of the monument. If you wish to visit the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre, you will need to purchase a ticket on your own.
The virtual reality headset we use is not adapted to the morphology of young children.

If the request is made more than 24 hours before the start of your visit, the request will be validated. The date and time of the e-mail will be taken as proof.
Enter your name, booking number and date of visit. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation and refund.
The refund will be made automatically to the credit card used for the transaction. Please allow a few working days after validation of your request for the money to appear in your account.
No, the tour will take place regardless of rain, wind, or extreme heat. We strongly recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather on the day of your tour. However, in the event of extreme weather conditions, Viality Tour may postpone the tour.
If you wish to change the number of participants more than 24 hours before the start of the tour, please contact the Viality Tour team by e-mail at contact@vialitytour.com. The date and time of sending the e-mail will be taken as proof.
Specify your name, booking number and date of visit. Finally, clearly indicate the number of adult(s) and child(ren) you wish to cancel.

Tickets must be purchased online before the tour begins. No additional participants can be added on site.
