The experience lasts 1h15 in total, including an hour of immersion with our guided VR tour. We allow 15 minutes prior to the tour for visitors to be equipped.
- This experience is not recommended for children aged 8 to 12. The helmet may not be adapted to their morphology and may cause vision and balance problems for some.
- Visits can cause epileptic seizures in people with a predisposition to them. We strongly advise against such visits.
- It is also not recommended for migraine sufferers, people with balance problems, pregnant women or those with fragile health (heart, hypertension, psychiatric disorders).

Yes, the tour takes place on a flat surface, so wheelchair users are welcome to join in. Please note, however, that the tour is not recommended for people requiring crutches. The use of headphones may affect the user's balance. Please note that it will not be possible to sit down for the duration of the tour.
- Oui, c’est possible. Il faudra cependant contacter l’équipe Viality Tour (contact@vialitytour.com) avant le début de la visite pour signaler le changement de nom du participant. Votre ami devra se présenter avec le voucher que vous aurez préalablement reçu par mail.
If you have lost your voucher and/or no longer have access to your confirmation e-mail, please contact the Viality Tour team: contact@vialitytour.com. Specify your Name, date of visit and e-mail address used when booking. A new voucher will be sent to you.
Out of respect for other visitors in the group, pets will be tolerated only if they are carried in a closed carrier bag. Dogs on a leash will not be accepted.
Non, les visites se déroulent au pied du monument. Si vous souhaitez accéder à la Tour Eiffel ou au Louvre, il faudra vous munir d’un billet par vos propres moyens.

If the request is made more than 24 hours before the start of your visit, the request will be validated. The date and time of the e-mail will be taken as proof.
Enter your name, booking number and date of visit. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation and refund.
The refund will be made automatically to the credit card used for the transaction. Please allow a few working days after validation of your request for the money to appear in your account.
Non, la visite aura lieu même en cas de pluie, de vent ou de forte chaleur. Nous vous recommandons fortement de prévoir une tenue vestimentaire adaptée le jour de votre visite. En cas de conditions météo extrêmes, la visite peut néanmoins être reportée par Viality Tour.
If you wish to change the number of participants more than 24 hours before the start of the tour, please contact the Viality Tour team by e-mail at contact@vialitytour.com. The date and time of sending the e-mail will be taken as proof.
