We are delighted to announce the launch of a new immersive experience in the heart of Paris: a virtual reality guided tour of the Louvre, starting April 5, 2025. This tour has taken over 2 years to develop. It will enable visitors to plunge into the fascinating history of the famous museum through the centuries. Thanks to virtual reality, participants will discover the different faces of the Louvre and its occupants from medieval to contemporary times.
The advantage of carrying out the tour in situ is that you can compare the present with the past. During the tour, the guide will stop at predefined points and ask visitors to put on their virtual reality headset. They'll be in the same place, but projected centuries back in time, at the heart of an environment modeled in 360°. They'll be able to view reconstructions of the Louvre and its surroundings, discover the Palais des Tuileries and experience the atmosphere of the period, while listening to their guide as he circles around them to describe the environments around them.

Number of participants per group: 10 maximum
Ages 8 and over.
Days and times of visits: Thursdays to Mondays (different times each day).
Price: €29 per adult; €19 for 8-17 year-olds and people with disabilities
